• Provide its professional expertise in information dissemination, impact assessment, and community-oriented development works in the field of socio-economics, energy and environment.
• Carry out studies and provide expertise for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of renewable energy systems and environmental preservation for rural development.
• Carry out studies and provide expertise for Water Supply and Sanitation.
• Conduct survey, feasibility studies, design and detailed of road, bridge, factories etc.
• Infrastructure Analysis, feasibility studies, designs and conduct trainings related in the field of infrastructure and other appropriate technology.
• Perform research and development activities in the field of water resources/irrigation sector.
• Socio- Economic and human resource development and management studies (pre and post project evaluation).
• Environmental studies of development projects, river basin, impact assessment of irrigation sector project, air, water and noise pollution.
